I bought my laptop July 4th in store.
I did not open the box and never use it.
However, I saw the policy that computers can return within 14 days..
Is there any way to return although the day was passed... Plz....

Return polices are the rules for a reason. You can attempt to initiate an exchange with a managers permission, but its very unlikely. For more info on Best Buy's return policy, please visit : http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Help-Topics/In-Store-R

Best Buy does count the day of purchase as a full day of warranty. The OP had until yesterday to return the unit.

Anytime I have returned a product, the day of purchase has counted. This is an area that causes confusion, as I think some salespeople and managers do not know the policy. There is a very simple solution to the problem, though...the return my date should be printed on every receipt...and by that, I mean a line below each purchased item giving the date that it can be returned by.

Agreed, but as I have stated, when I have returned items to either of the Best Buy stores near me, the day of purchase has always been counted. So, If I had purchased an item on the same date as the OP, I would be out of luck. Again, I think it is the way that the individual store personnel are counting the 14 days, but since they are the ones that are deciding it, it makes it so...
