Hi BBY,

I have purchased the above order in BBY through online.

2 days before i received the product which is laptop. first day that was working fine.

But afterwards its not get booting. so i cant able to access the laptop.

The error shows like "Windows failed to start".

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.
