Forgot to add...the Apple fanboys will chimne in with "Well, Apple has the APp Store...". My response? 98% of the apps on the Apple App store are garbage. Once Android tablets gain market share, you'll see many of the developers leaving the IOS environment and going to Android. They won't have to deal with Apples Orwellian stranglehond on developers, won't have to give a high percentage to Apple, and won't have APple taking thier copyrights away. If Apple ever woke up and allowed competitiveness on the App Store, they could own the world...but Apple will never allow that to happen.

Too bad Microsoft sucks at marketing, as the entire Zune experience is much better than with the iPod touch. I gave up my iPhone for an Android phone, gave up my iP{od Touch for a Zune HD, and when a better tablet than the iPad comes along, I'll probably give up my iPad as well. The iPad has no useable USB options (yeah...I know about the camera connection kit, but it is feeble). It can't be tethered without jailbreaking it (I wouldn't wish AT&T upon my worst enemy). I may give the Verizon Mi-Fi a shot, but basically I just wait until I am at home to synch my iPad.
You're right about MS's marketing, I didn't even know they offered an app market.
If the iPad had USB, what would you use it for?
I'm confused about the tethering comment. If you wouldn't wish AT&T on your worst enemy, tethering is a moot point.

Apple already owns the world in this market. How many manufacturers make cases, car integrators, docks or with Apple's airplay, remote speaker systems, for the Zune?

I would like to tether my iPad to my Verizon phone. In order to do so, I would have to jailbreak the iPad. Tethering is not "moot" There are other wireless metworks besides AT&T, and they are all better!
As far as iPad owning the market...see my earlier comments. Cases and docks aside, everything else about Android tablets is better, and as that market takes off, you'll see just as much being offered there.
How many cases and docks are aoffered for other phones besides the iPhone? So what...I generally only buy 1 case, maybe a travel charger, and a good set of headphones. So what if Apple has a million companies offering third party attachments...many of them are crap, and the average userr will only buy a few....

WiFi tethering to a mobile phone doesn't require jailbreaking of the iPad.
I can tell this is upsetting for you, so I'll refrain from any further comments.
