A problem with 10.1 galaxy tab

Hello, I purchase Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 last august and it just wont turn on. I tried to hold the power +volume button together for 15 sec (that usually works) but it just wont respond. It just wont turn on. Dead. What is your return policy or reapers?

There is a 14 day return policy on tablets.  You will have to contact the manufacturer to arrange for shipment and repair.
