4.2.2 update Google play music doesn't work

Hello I just recently updated my ingignia 10.1 to the 4.2.2 update an now all my music I saved onto my tablet will not play I keep getting a message that says track could not be played also now sometimes I will have headphones plugged in all the way but it will still play through main speakers on the tablet how do I fix these problems thank you

Hello crocker4,

It sounds like 2 different issues.  With the music not playing, I'd like you to redownload them.  What program are you using to play your music files?   The music coming out of the speakers is another issue entirely.  That sounds like a physical issue.  The first thing to check is different headphones to ensure it is happening with more than just one set.  If it is, then taking the tablet to the Geeksquad desk to have them look at it would be our only option.  There is no setting for the headphones over the speakers.  It should be automatic.
