If you meant you were looking one for a cheaper price, good luck. The lower priced items dont come close to the kind of performance you are looking for.

Actually, some of the Asus G-series can match the performance he's looking for at much lower prices.
HOWEVER: The Best Buy Asus G-series laptops often have a lower resolution display. For example, the current G73 model carried by BBY is the only one that doesn't have a 1080p display.
There is currently a refurbished G60VX on bestbuy.com for $630. This is the only sub-$1000 option you're going to find. If you don't want refurbished, the G73 is your best bet at $1200.
Basically, it's nearly impossible to find a laptop with discrete graphics (required for nearly any gaming) for under $1000.

These two are both under a grand with mostly what you are looking for but both are around a 16 inch display. Neither have amazing resolution either but descent graphics. This one and this one. In the 17 inch there are these two with dedicated graphics this one which has a 1600x900 res and this one. These are all around the 800 range.
