to make a long story shoty i was trying to but the dell laptop on sale, checked on line and called store and confirmed there, but guess what the only one they had were the upgraded ones, this happend three times so far with this laptop.   I even called to confirm how many.

thanks torrance bestbuy, i even tried to buy it ahead of time and they convinced me to wait till store had them it would be much quicker total run around, thanks torrance best buy, and guess what i am purchasing a ton off electronics for a small business chain, but not from best buy torrance
