need to know if i can use multiple flat screens and keyboards off one CPU .... looking at putting a flat screen in the kitchen w/ a keyboard that can interface w/ our computer in our home office.  can this be done?  i so, can it be done wireless?

This can be done through the use of a KVM switch. However, most KVMs allow you to control multiple computers with one set of input peripherals, not vice versa, so it may take some searching. As for wireless, I doubt you'll find anything like that, and if you do, it's bound to be quite expensive.
