You did not provide enough information of your issue, so its hard to determine the exact cause of your problem.

However if you are referring to Internet Explorer looking all blown up on webpages, you can perform this simple little fix.

Hold down your Control Key, and then move your mouse wheel up and down until you find the right size for your viewing

if tis a mac, hold down control and zoom out using the trackpad with 2 fingers.  Its a cool feature.

or could be something that set your resolution up a lot higher than what your monitor can handle. usually it'll "zoom" in a location.
