I have a HP Pavilion A300N desk top , is it possible to set it up for a wireless service ?

That PC is so old you'd get more enjoyment out of it by setting it ablaze and watching it burn.  However, you can buy a wireless card for it such as this one, assuming you have a free PCI slot.

Old computers make nice target practce as well.
