i called best buy on peach st in erie pa on 12/26/09 about 2-3 pm the store employee check for me on the availability of the computer i wanted to buy and he told me they had about 30 of them instock. i stopped on the way to best buy and purchased 475 dollars worth of gift cards so i could get the gas perks from local supper market. when i got to best buy the sales person for pc's says they do not have any of those pc's in stock and knew nothing about even ever having them, no other stores withinreason of here hd any either. so now with being stuck with all my gift cars i am committed to buying frombest buy. thje sales person told me the only way i could get it was to puchase it online and that i would have to pay the shipping and best buy would not pick up shipping charges even though it was there screw up. so now with no choice i ordered it online, now they are telling me all they have .is the monitor which they shipped out i guess [ can not even track it with th number they supplied] .and they can not locate the pc for me yet and i might have to wait until jan. 7 to get it if they ever find one. this is totally unacceptable to me and i am waiting for a supervisor to call me to straighten this out and like i said before i will bet none calls. so i am not sure what my next step is except other to go back to my best buy and start a rampage in there to gt my money back in cash no gift cards which i plan to do soon if i do not get a call and get this mess straightened out. k.horton khorton39@yahoo.com cell 716-913-4656

Requesting a refund for the GCs from BB wouldn't work, since you didn't purchase them there. You may be able to return them at the supermarket where you purchased them.

That'd be pretty hard to do with the concrete pillars that are in front of every BB.

This would be considered threatning behavior towards the safety of Best Buy and its employees which is not acceptable on here.
Use of such threats will not expedite your request for help on these forums.

You really need to be careful what you say in forums. If you did accidentaly drive your car through the front of the building then the police could use that against you as a threat.
Just making the threat in the forums could get you arrested.
