I need to find a wireless router that has global MAC Address filtering (both Wireless & LAN Ports) or one that I can disable LAN ports. I want to have a wireless router I can setup to only allow wireless connections from devices I specify so even if people plug in the back ports nothing happens.

What about putting the router into a locked box (vented) or frame that blocks the LAN ports?  You might need to make it yourself.
