Is there an available download to Windows Vista Home Premium Edition that will allow me to enable my Zire 71 to be compatable for synchronization functions between the computer and the handheld?

You should be able to download any available drivers from the manufacturer's website. I'll assume this PDA is old and your having issues with Vista. If so, you might just be out of luck.
