Ok, I don't know of any problems except it didn't have the best virus definitions. The tuneup and backup features were handy at times.

As luck would have it ....It all worked on in the end.
8 short days after purchase the computer started flaking out...
Best Buy did NOT have another unit in stock...So I returned it all.. Of course they wanted a re-stocking fee, but FINALLY it that was waived...
Two days later an email arrived indicating my software subscription has been cancelled. Just imagine all the labor costs wasted by Best Buy to admin. this program!!
Gee all the Geek Squad could get a big raise and have more time to spend on real customer issues!
