Upgrading a Laptop Video Card for Toshiba Satellite L505D using Radeon HD 4200

I would like to upgrade my Toshiba Satellite L505D Video Card, what products do you have avaible to upgrade it in any way, shape, or form? (Doesn't accept no such thing as an answer.) Manual install? PCI install?(dont know much yet about PCI) or any other way? Currently have Radeon HD 4200 Memory 1915mb(sound like this part is broken)

2nd Question

How do I get picture onto my tv? Have video appear on my big screen from laptop?

Thanks for reading and answer my questions! I bless you.

This is a stock best buy laptop, if there any other items I could purchase from best buy to improve my product please let me know. Purchased August 2010

Well, I'll be the one to say it, there's no such thing.

As for output, you should have at a minimum VGA output from your laptop, and without knowing what kind of TV you have, it's hard to give you advice.

If you like my post, or solution to your issue/question, go ahead and click on the little star by my name and/or accept the post as the Solution. It makes me happy.

I'm NOT an employee of Best Buy, or Geek Squad, though I did work as an Agent for a year. None of my posts are to be taken as the official stance that Best Buy will take on your situation. My advice is just that, advice.
Unfortunately, that's the bad luck of any electronic, there's going to be bad Apples... wait that's a horrible pun.

Honestly, since the *ONLY* answer to yrou first question is "there is no such thing", then you are in fact going to have to accept "there is no such thing" as an answer.

And, as George pointed out, without knowing what connectors are on your laptop and on your TV, no one can help you there, either.

Once you figure out how to physically hook up your laptop to your TV (HDMI and VGA are the 2 most common). Click on teh start button, then to control panel, then to display and then click "change display settings". I think after you click "detect: then you select which display you want.

HD TV, both inputs, I have done it before, but I lost my cords and did this years ago.
