I've tried to contact the customer service 3 times about this, but failed to get a response.I was informed by email that the Trend AntiVirus software plan(Trend AntiVirus with AntiSpy Software) was renewed. But the software seems uninstalled after the system was upgraded to Windows 7, it was Windows Vista(as I remember) when I bought my laptop computer at a BestBuy store.
How can I reinstall the software? The renewal fee has been charged to my credit card.

No, I can't.
The software was installed by Geek Squad for 6 months free and it's been renewed yesterday. I only have Best Buy Serial Number. I downloaded Trend AntiVirus software from Trend Micro site, but I failed to install because I don't have a Trend AntiVirus serial number.
So the actual problem is BestBuy doesn't give me the serial number for Trend AntiVirus with AntiSpy Software.

I replied to the mail of the advance notice of renewal, but returned back. I submit requests on customer service twice, but haven't had a response.
How can I contact Bestbuy Tech Support?
