This is a product on the best buy website featuring Windows Vista Home OS. Is it possible to get it with Windows XP Professional OS instead? If any representative or customer knows the answer to this, feel free to respond.

Best Buy still offers XP, but you would have to install it yourself.  I would recommend ordering the laptop from Toshiba considering they have better deals.

Technically , any newer laptop can run Windows XP SP3 (Home and Professional) with a certain degree of difficulty finding the right drivers for it.

 

Not every laptop is guaranteed to run XP however, you might want to research (Google is a great option) online type in that model along with the term "xp" in the search clause and see what comes up.
