Toshiba C655D-S5200 Battery problem

Hi

I just bought the Toshiba C655D-S5200 and the battery does not charge. It says battery charging but stays at 0%! If I unplug, computer turns off. Please help! Please!!!!! Thanks.

Take out the battery unplug it, hold down the power button for 15 seconds, put back in the battery then plug it in and see what happens. Otherwise exchange it.
