I have been using Cyberdefender for sometime now.

Pros:

fast virus updating

i like the 24x7 computer help line - I can talk to someone about my problem - used them to fix a printer issue

very easy to use

haven't gotten a virus crippling my system since I bought it

Cons:

there free trial is just that, a trial - find problems, but got to buy the software to remove. This is common so it is no big deal.
