Thank you for taking the time to read this, but my computer has some kind of antivirus promotion program that was installed by my little brother. The problem is that the install program has been disabled and I can't delete the program. I have tried many ways, but I just can't seem to find a solution. Its driving the me nuts. Every 10 seconds it keeps on popping up and saying to register and buy the product. Please if anybody know how to get rid of it, please let me know. Thank you.

Do a google search for malwarebytes. We have been using this alot lately and this application will remove it from your pc. It's a free download and it will clean it pretty much 99% of the time.
