As long as you have the HD space i don't see why not a little more ram would not hurt though might lag a little

The 8200m may be a bit slow.  I remember seeing a review of the (slightly better) 9300 or 9400 and it was laggy for some of the games on your list.

Mainly the FPS games - WoW is incredibly light on resource requirements, in fact I've run it at acceptable framerates (albeit with reduced detail) on my Acer Aspire One - 1.6 GHz Intel Atom + Intel GMA950 graphics.
