Is this a laptop or desktop? Read this article if it is a newer Dell Studio Latptop (15"/17") with Creative Labs webcam. Have you tried using the F8 key just before the Windows Vista logo at startup? This gives you a "Safe Mode" menu. Choose "Safe Mode with Networking" and see if you can get to your desktop. If so, there could have been a software or driver or update that caused these errors.
You may also contact 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (800-433-5778) to locate your nearest store, schedule an appointment, or pay for phone support. If you are under warranty your local store is the best option for free diagnostics. Let us know how we can help!

Appointment schedules for on-site services will vary by location, as do in-store turn-around times. Your local store can give you a better estimate on their current completion times (could be as little as two days). Or, you could go to GeekSquad.com and click on the "Have Us Call You Link" if you want a scheduling agent to call you to find the next available appointment of on-site service. Hope this helps!
