I am buying a new laptop for gaming. I need to know if the Asus - Laptop with Intel® Centrino® 2 Processor Technology - Model: G51VX-RX05 | SKU: 9366651 will be able to play World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King; What fps it will be at, the graphic settings, the memory space, etc. Thanks for any help.

Nice choice. That should have no problems at all playing WOW on high settings. It has plenty of hard drive space, good specs on the memory and a pretty good videocard.
I have been really impressed with the Asus laptops.

I would estimate between 45 and 60 FPS.

You have to be careful with estimations on the Intel GMA 4500 though. depending on the environment [by which I mean other parts, OS] you could have better or worse results.
The biggest killers in ANY game is dynamic shading, Anti-alising, ansiotrophic filtering, dynamic lights, bloom and HDR of ANY KIND. Shadows aren't so much a big deal anymore as they used to be, espeically if you can turn of dynamic version of shadowing.

I run WoW with alot of the special effects turned off. They cause ALOT of FPS issues.

RAM was never meant to be allocated for graphics. NEVER.
BUT on the plus side, the 4500 chip is the best integrated graphics system so far.......... -- I say that loosely--

Intel has a long ways to go before they make the next nVidia GTX 295 or ATI 4970 X2...
but overall for the casual "WoWer" it'll suffice!
