    Everytime I turn on my laptop it would ask about safe mode and changing back into previous settings when it last worked. There are more choices. I tried every option available. Each option led me into a screen that said welcome and on the side said owner or administrator. When i click on any of them it would say logging on, then saving settings and logging off again. If question is answered can u explain how to fix it and solve my problem.
