I can't figure out if this is the new or old version. Anyone able to help out?

Judging by the model number on bestbuy.com it appears to be the 4th version which Apple released June of 2011.

If you don't need the router functionality the time capsule has you could also look at a product like the WD My Book Live

I have the newest Time capsule and you will love it. The price is right and it is very powerful signal wise.

Is this product refurbished by Apple or by Best buy? Does it carry an Apple 1 year warranty?
