it's resolved.  the salesman was there and admitted he sold me the wrong laptop.  he said they were mislabeled.  they took it back and gave me the new one, took it home and it has office.  i was waiting for them to hit me with a restocking fee, but the manager said since they made the mistake they'd eat it.  i'll have to take back some of the bad things i've said.

Is the A505-6965 a next class.  How can I get rid of the Korean Calenders and troubleshooting tips.  How do I deactivate the on board mouse, so there is wrist room?
