As far as I know there are NO laptops that come with a full version of MS Office unless you purchase the full version and have it loaded.
I have worked on thousands of computers in my IT career and never had one single machine come with a full version of office.
They pretty much all come with a trial version.

According to Bestbuy.com, the only Toshiba Model that comes preloaded with a full version of office student is the M505-S4940.
The Toshiba A505-S6965 is not listed as a Next Class laptop.

sorry to hear that you're having software woes.
if you aren't too keen on forking down the money to get the full version of microsoft office, then you may want to check out openoffice. it's not the exact same as its microsoft counterpart, but it provides you many, many tools at the cost of 'free'.
good luck with things at the store tonight.
