Well I'm just asking because my desktop right now can run eq2 and WoW pretty good at 1GB ram and only 6800 graphics card with duo 1.8
I'm just talking in games like could it handle a lot of explosions, or gunfire, etc.

First off, that's a desktop. You cannot compare a laptop to a desktop.
Second, a 6800 is considered high-end. To get a laptop with a comparable card, like I said, you're going to need to spend $1000+, and probably even more for a card like that.

Alright, I'm sorry I'm being a pain, I just want the best with what I can afford.
Would the laptop I pointed out be atleast a good deal?

hey dennis.
finding a powerful gaming notebook on a budget can be tough, so no worries.
the notebook you linked isn't all that bad of a deal. for the price range you're considering, i'd also take a look at the asus X83Vb-X2 (http://bit.ly/M3K8p). it has an intel core 2 duo processor as well as a discrete graphics solution. it isn't the greatest gaming notebook around, but i think it should be sufficient for the titles that you play.
check out the cnet reviews for an in-depth opinion of the notebook.

MSI makes a very good "bang for your buck" PC for around $1300. BB doesn't sell that model unfortunately.
Now if your main concern is WoW, you're in luck - while a lot of games run horribly on even the latest Intel GMA-series chipsets, WoW is an older game with pretty low system requirements, and very tunable requirements too. You might be able to get away with something using Intel GMA X4500MHD graphics. Keep in mind such a system won't play most newer games well at all.
