Don't worry Rose, ADH will cover anything except fire or floods but that's covered by home owner's insurance ![]()
They will try to fix it, if they can't or just think fixing would be more than junking it out, they will just perform a junkout. They will basically give you a laptop with equivalent specifications or the next best!

ADH covers drops and spills not due to negligence or abuse.

i have spilled a coke on my laptop and had the best buy adh on it. they replaced almost everything and it works great just like day 1 ![]()

No. I wouldn't call this situation negligence. Sitting next to Shamu's tank at Sea World would be negligent. Surfing in a water balloon fight would be negligent. Sitting your laptop right next to your sink while reading a recipe, then dumping a gallon of water and spaghetti is negligent.

Submersion is specifically excluded. If I got my laptop wet at the hands of Shamu, or in a heated balloon fight, you better believe I'd never admit it. I have assume anyone with any common sense would never admit it either, and the whole event would suddenly turn into a "spill".

None of those incidents is submersion. Also, never underestimate the stupidity of the common man.
