Ok so im thinking of getting this computer but im not sure if its power supply is strong enough to withstand say a Nvidia or a amd graphics card

According to the specs published in the link below:

the PSU is 300 watts. You will hae to purchase a beefier PSU if you intend to install a more powerful card from AMD or nVidia.
