How to find the ASUS UX50V  Serial Number?  

I have to use the  Serial Number to get the WINDOWS 7.

But I don`t know where are they.

Should be on the bottom of the unit and on the box.

I have searched all the numbers on the button and also the box but I still can't find it.

And I type all the number I can find to the AUSU`s website to verify it , all said it is wrong.

I mean the notebook I have bought in BUST BUY is a fake?

Under the battery, there is a barcode. The number printed above the barcode is the serial number.

hey i need help! i put the serial number in the website for the Windows 7 upgrade, and i keep getting an invalid msg. it says the serial number should be 12 or 15 digits. mine is 13. its the asus ux50v model also, i need help i purchased it on the 17th of august 2009. help help.

Hmmmm, could the last letter be a B? could be a refurbished unit

only the first three digits are numbers, im sure i bought it new. it was from best buy, unless they f@#$ me over or something!
