For people who are looking to upgrade their low profile tower, Visiontek is a good brand to upgrade, they most of the time will send you a half height bracket for certain cards to upgrade properly, for a small fee. Before purchasing, always check the website of card you are buying for additional information.

And make sure that your power supply can handle a graphics card.  I've noticed that a lot of those slim profile towers have small power supplies like 250 watts max.
