The monitor still works when I turned the computer on that day it first happened and never got the fuzzy graphic color across the screen and it still worked on February 10 after it happened the second time with showing graphic colors on the Monitor as showing in the pic that I posted on here.
Also I bought this HP 20" 2011x Led Monitor on OfficeMax's website on Thanksgiving Day 11/24/11 in the morning and got it delivered to my house on 11/29/11. Are you meaning after I bought the HP Desktop on March 1st you'll need the copy of that Best Buy receipt with the purchase of the HP Desktop?

Hello Becky,
For the computer you plan to purchase from Best Buy, yes, I will need a copy of the Best Buy receipt or you can send me via email your contact information, the Best Buy order number, the product number and product serial number. You can use the Best Buy email link provided by Best Buy Partner Aaron or you can email me at PSGSocialMedia@hp.com, attention Priscilla.
If the monitor is indeed defective HP will replace it after troubleshooting with Tech Support at 800 474-6836. You are not outside of the return policy of the retailer. Let me know if you have other questions.

What you mean if my Monitor is defective, what you mean by that? My Mom said Monitors doesn't have graphic cards in them so she said it isn't the Monitor and that it's the grahic card in my eMachines computer that was causing the fuzzy grahic colors across the screen the first time on Monday Feb 6th and then the second time on Friday Feb 10th of what it showed in the pic I posted on here.
I've cleaned my Monitor with the Invisiable Glass Preium Glass Cleaner but had sprayed it on an old sheet cloth and damped it till the foam is gone and then wiped the monitor once when the computer was off and then the next time I had cleaned it I did the same thing sprayed the old sheet cloth with the Invisiable Glass Preium Glass Cleaner and damped it till the foam was gone and cleaned it when the computer and the monitor was on but my Mom told me it's not that either so you guys could be right that it's the graphics card in my eMachines T5224 Computer causing the problem that I'm talking about and not the Monitor.
Also I will be going to the Best Buy in Dearborn, Michigan to be buying the HP - Pavilion Slimline Desktop - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive cuz I am from Detroit, Michigan but is it a proble If I could just bring y Monitor into the Best Buy store in Dearborn to see if they can test it out on the HP Desktop that I a gonna buy to see if the Monitor still works fine? so that way I would know for sure that it's the graphic card inside the eMachines computer and not my Monitor?

Hello Becky,
Thanks for your response. I said "if" and was simply giving you some additional information. As I said in an earlier post, I agree with the experts that the problem most likely resides with the computer.

Oh Okay so now I know it's the problem with my Computer and not the Monitor. I didn't know what you mean by Defective as I don't know what that word means.
