HELP!! Please!

Hi, I just bought my first laptop. I guess it was returned by a customer & put on sale. It's a Toshiba Satellite C655. Everytime I turn it on this thing called Archie pops up and loads for nothing. I try to log off and it always takes me back to the user account called EXPERIENCE. I created new user accounts & deleted old ones but when I switch user it always takes me back to the account EXPERIENCE and basically shows that I never made any other accounts. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should I do? Thanks

You need to take it back to the store to have that removed. You must have purchased a floor model, and that's the software loaded on floor display models.

It def. just has the floor software on there. No worries, easy fix.

Yeah... ARCHIE is the software that resets the computer so people don't mess with it on the sales floor. It'll just need to be removed/restored and you should be fine.
