Re: HELP, PLEASE!

Bring it back to the store and exchange it. If you paid with a CC, used a RZ card on the transaction, or bought a GSBTP plan, they should have no problem looking up the receipt. If you paid by cash or check, there is a very slim chance they will be able to find it.

Re: HELP, PLEASE!

I paid with credit card. Do you think that I`ll have to pay for the repair?

And do you think that I can get another copy of the receipt?

Re: HELP, PLEASE!

You said you just bought it, so I am assuming you mean within the last 14 days, which is the return period. You should have no problem. Keep in mind that they may not be able to find the receipt.

Re: HELP, PLEASE!

You shouldn't need a receipt to import a laptop for personal use.

You shouldn't need a receipt to import a printer, either.
