In dealing with Geeksquad, I experienced very uneven services. Some employees were good in helping, such as the one who took in my computer for service. I feel some individuals think that what they say is the policy, no written policies, nothing can be provided to the customer beyond what they know. I think this comes from their ignorance of what their company can and can not provide.
