Without knowing what else you have in your computer, you might be pushing it really close without upgrading to a more powerful PSU. I run a 700 watt with my i7 and GTX 470.

Well, we need more information on your current PSU. What's the combined 12V rail power? And how about the amps? How many amps you rockin'?

Likely not going to handle it at any rate. I think the minimum is a 650 watt at any rate. Even still, if you're throwing that much power at a computer I would *guess* you like to overclock. Go for a solid 900 watt PSU and you should be golden. 600 is a little low for that. It'll make a great folding PSU though with that 450!

Re: GTX 570 or GTX 580!!! Please Help !!!

The GTX 570 states that its minimum recommended *system* power supply is 550W, but they have no way of knowing what you have hooked up to your system drawing power, so they just want to give themselves enough overhead to work with.

The card itself uses 220 (technically, 219) Watts all on its own. The GTS only uses 106 Watts, so the GTX is using twice as much power from your power supply than your current GTS. You'd have to look up the power needs of your other devices to know whether or not your 600W power supply would still be sufficient, but I would imagine that it should be, unless you're running a multi-drive RAID, overclocking, etc.
