I bought a laptop in store about a week ago, I specifically asked the worker helping me if the free xbox 360 promotion was still going on and if I could do it in store still, he verified that I could, and that the code was on the recite. I find out today when I tried to register for the free xbox 360 that it is no longer going on, and now I'm out an xbox 360. So I wanted to thank the BestBuy worker, and BestBuy franchise in general for this. I'll be sure to not buy from you guys again, I guess online shopping truly is the way to go these days, BestBuy's own workers don't know what they are talking about. Thanks again, a very unsatisfied customer.
