Exchange Policy

Hey Guys,

 

I bought this Kodak Printer from Best Buy back in January. Since then, I've had the manufacturer send me a new print head and then a new printer. However, I keep having problems. Within the last 3 weeks, I've had to replace the printer ink 3 times. This is ridiculous. I dont even print a lot.

 

I still have the receipt but no box. Does anyone know what my options are? I cannot affford to pay $25 every week for a new cartridge!

You have either 30 days or 45 days to return, depending on when you bought it.  In either case, you are past the return window, so your only resolution will have to be with the manufacturer under their warranty.  Email them the details of what problems you have encountered, what has been done to resolve those issues, and request an RMA.  You will have to go to Best Buy to get a copy of your receipt if you did not register the printer online with the manufacturer when you first installed it.
