I have this computer i bought b4 i went to iraq. i got a warrenty on it. I think.
Now if i do have the warrenty can i return it back to the states and get a new one.
If so do i need the box and receipt?
If i don't have the warrenty is it possible to get one? so i can get my computer fixed or am i just pretty much F*&^ed?

Im not sure of Best Buy's policy, maybe staff could clue me in. But generally if you did not purchase a extended warranty with your laptop you have a limited amount of time from the day of the purchase to get that extra warranty. Best Buy might examine your laptop before the purchase of that warranty to make sure that the laptop is in tip top operating shape..If its broke then regular manufacturers warranty applies.

best buy return policy for computers are 14 days. if u are out of the 14 day, no matter if u got the warranty or not, u can not return the product. the Performance Service Plan and Geek Squad Black Tie Protection helps you fix your computer without cost u anything in the future. coveres parts and labor. it does not extend return policy.
