This is a general compliment to the service team at best buy geek squad. Also I would like to give a special compliment to Mike on the sales floor for his amazing help finding a computer that fit my wife and my needs. We bought the protection plan with 2 years geek squad support and it is totally worth it. Best Buy has changed for the better and I appreciate the staff here in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Mike answered all our questions and made sure that we were able to get upgrades by geek squad for our graphics card and power supply.
