I am wondering if there is a C/D unit that can be attached to computer by using a USB port so I can re install my printer., I had to crash my computer so its not in system now. I have tried  manually getting the door ro open but it will not budge. So was hoping there was such a item available Thanks

You could try disconnecting the cd drive....stick a stretched out paper clip in the hole on the front...it should do the trick
