Beats By Dr Dre Hd Solos

Allright, my beats were purchased on November 8 2011 by my mother for my 17 birthday. A monnth ago i notice that the left ear cup is kinda popping out. i pushed it back in and it was good. then later on the day when i put them on there was no sound coming out the right ear cup. As i look closely i see a wire popping out the left cup. It was a lil torn. I then decided to send them in to monster beacause i have the one year warranty for them. i called told them what had happened and they took down my info. 2 days later i send them in. Today my mom tells me she bought a 2 year protection plan with the beats and as i looked at the receipt more closely it was there. Monster is already sending me the other pair. what will happen if something happens to this pair? will the best buy warranty still cover it even though i send the original pairs to monster? Help me please!!!!!!

You should go into Best Buy and speak with them. Your plan should have been tied to the serial number on the beats. SO I would go in and bring in the information about the exchange with Monster to have them udpate their info with it. Other wise any claim made on the BB plan with a incorrect number would result in a denial of service.
----------ALWAYS check your purchased items for damage before leaving the store. If you never leave the store and check it in front of a employee it removes all doubt that you might have damaged the item.----------
