Recently, I purchased Alienware-Aurora Desktop with Intel® Core™ i7 Processor-AA-3795CSB SKU: 9696064 as of 02/04/10. I have been calling customer service every week, and the same status is back order. is there a way to have Alienware provide you with a status when will they have a delievery date for this product.
is anyone else experiencing the same issue with this product?

Alienware could tell BB when they will have it in, but until they do, its out in the open of when its going to be. Try calling Alienware to see if they can give you a date.
