Asus /g51VX (Best Buy) Model Info showing incorrectly in system info and online

Hi. I purchased the Asus G51VX from Best Buy when it was initially offered early last summer. Now, both my sysinfo and my online profile show the wrong model number (they show the G60VX). Has anyone else had this problem and how do I correct it?? Thanks, in advance.

What do you mean your "online info?"

 

This really shouldn't pose any problem in regards to the laptop operating correctly.

The G51VX and G60VX series use the same motherboard and appear identical to the operating system.  In fact, I think my G51VX even says "Motherboard revision: G60VX" or something like that on one of the stickers.  (It's at home so I can't be sure.)

 

I can't see why this would be a "problem" of any sort though.
