I bought an ASUS Essentio a couple of weeks ago and right out of the box it refused to do a system image backup.
ASUS packs a paper in with the computer saying to try their tech support for any issues before taking it back to the store.
I have a copy of the weeks long emails.
They flop in the first place by not getting back within 48 hours. They take a week or more.
The responses make no sense and do not address the problem. Finally I called the store.
By the time I could get it there other issues cropped up and the USB ports were failing.
Geek Squad politely took it back and gave me a new one.'
Props to BestBuy for their tech support (Geek Squad).
If there had been another desk top with the i7 processor I'd have opted for another brand.
ASUS, you lost me!

I also am a fan of ASUS and their products, and as I repair computers I often deal with their tech support. I have never had an issue, and when I choose to contact them via email, I always get a response within hours.
