Krsgarcia,
Im going to have to break down your requests to provide you with the best insight that I can to help you out, and should you have more questions don't hesitate to let me know. The simple answer is yes, but there are a few discrepencies in your post that I want to make sure you are aware of before the installation.
The viper 4806v is only a remote start with keyless entry NO alarm option for this. This will have lock, unlock, and remote start with a 1 mile range and 2 way communication via led's and chirps. The viper 5706V is a remote start with keyless entry and an alarm, that will have a LCD screen, 1 mile range, 2 way communication (visual, vibrate, or chirps). I just wanted to make sure that you knew that the 4806v is not a security system and the basic differences between the two of them.
Since you have manual locks just adding this option to your vehicle will not make those locks work. You would need to purchase the labor to install a door lock actuator along with the actuator itself also. The actuator is $21.99 and can be found here, if you want to take a look. The installation would be $59.99 per door which will show up on the receipt as an advanced add on sku. You will also need 1 451m to power your door lock actuators as the outputs of the standard brain are less than 200ma and not enough current to drive these actuators, the price is only $9.99. Most bays will atleast have 2 of these actuators in stock as they aren't that common, but it would be wise to purchase them before the installation so that you don't have to waste your time should they be out of stock.
Im not expecting you to understand this next part, but your locks are on a cable, there are ways around this, but some techs may not have quite the experience to work around not installing these actuators with out this piece also, you would need 1 pack as they come with 2 in the box. Unfortunately BestBuy.com no longer carries them, but I did put the link in to allow you to see the model number so that you can purchase from an outside retailer by typing in the model number.
Below is a complete breakdown of what you would be looking at for the Viper 5706V with door lock actuators:
Materials fee $5.00
Hood tilt switch $9.99
10AWG amp kit $34.99 (this is so that they can run the 12 volt wire under the hood to the battery as there isn't a strong enough wire in the vehicle to supply the viper unit)
Relay $12.99
Immobilizer interface $0.00 (packaged out when you buy from a remote start from Best Buy normally $99.99)
Viper 5706V $590.00
Advanced security add on X2 $119.98
451M $9.99
TOTAL $782.94 BEFORE TAX
This is just a quote, but should reflect as close as possible of a price that should be given to you. This price may vary, but I don't imagine that it would be higher than this. Should you have any further questions please just simply continue this thread here! Thank you again for all the time that you took to join and write with the community!
