I purchased the pioneer appradio a couple weeks ago. Also bought a 2 year protection plan at $25. When it was time to install it everything went smoothly until I plugged in my iPhone and it wouldn't recognize it on the radio. I removed the stereo and found that one of the wires has pulled out of the pin connector on the iPhone cable with no way of putting it back in as I can see. It's just bare wire. What are my options?

Never mind, folks. Went to Best Buy in Trussville, AL and they took one look at my appradio cable and promptly handed me a new unit from the shelf. No forms, no questions asked, only an apology! Can't speak for the other stores, but I'm a forever fan of Trussville!
