Installing complete system, have a couple questions

I recently addded a 2017 F150 with 8" screen and Sync3 to my driveway.  I have been aquiring all of the parts for the stereo and am about to schedule an install appointment, but I have a couple questions / concerns.  I would like to confirm that everything I supply will be installed.  I plan on providing the 6x9 component speakers for the front, 6.5 coax's for the rear, a pair of subs in a box, a 5 channel amp with bass knob and 4ga wire kit, an LC7i for signal, a couple lengths of speedwire and a Parrot T harness to tap into the system without cutting the factory wire harness.  Im also bringing sound deadener, wire adapters and foam f.a.s.t. rings for the doors.  Im sure there may be something needed that I dont already have and Im not worried if I have to buy those items at the time to complete the install. Id just like to confirm that there wont be an issue using the products I bring (providing of course that they actually fit this vehicle).  Secondly, once the hardware is in, is there a separate fee associated with "tuning" evertyhing?  And lastly, I'd like to confirm the warranty on the install will be in place regardless of the equipment used, in other words, is it correct to believe that the only thing covered would be the install labor and any parts supplied by Best Buy?  Thanks for taking the time!

What great questions you have asked and I couldn’t be happier you stopped by the Best Buy forums to ask me!  Our Geek Squad Autotechs are all MECP certified and all of our workmanship comes with a lifetime labor warranty.  We would be unable to warranty any product which was not purchased from Best Buy, but we would gladly troubleshoot any situation going on to figure out if it was the installation or the product itself causing the problem.  Please just maintain all of the paperwork at the end of the installation to take advantage of our nationwide labor warranty!

 

For this vehicle setup there are a lot of charges and time being factored in with the parts you are wanting.  We are certainly more than capable of installing these products and we cannot wait to get the opportunity.  Making sure you get quoted appropriately is very important to me, so I would recommend calling the installation bay you’re wanting to go with to get the most accurate out the door cost.

 

Please be sure to provide the installer with all of the product, like you did for me, so they can not only block off enough time, but also make sure the cost is acceptable with you.  Call as soon as you can and let me know if I can help out any further!
