I have a 2004 GMC Youcon Denili and need a new receiver. Suggestions? I would like CD player clock, AM, FM, and ability to set favorite stations. There is a DVD player in the back so the connectivity to the speakers is required if that is necessary for a receiver.

Picking up a new receiver can be really exciting. Thanks for stopping by and giving me the chance to answer your question.
Based on the vehicle information you provided, you have the option of getting a single DIN radio (normal size radio) or a double DIN radio (touch screen size). The benefit of going with a DDIN (touch screen) is that you could add a back up camera to the radio. If this is not something you are interested in, a single DIN would work just fine for what you are describing. The things you need the receiver to do for you, you will find on almost all of the receivers we offer. Though, there are some that do not play CD's.
As for the ability to connect the rear DVD player to the new receiver, that will be handled in the form of the harness needed for the vehicle. You can find that here.
With all this being said, are you going to be doing the install yourself? We do offer installation at almost all of our stores. Our installers are MECP certified and we back up or work with our lifetime warranty, in that link you can also find out how to schedule an install.
